[400] Psalm 82: You are Gods and all of you are sons of the Most High

Here is the Psalm...

1 God [Elohim] is stationing himself in the assembly of the Divine One; In the middle of the Gods [Elohim] he judges:  
2 How long will you keep on judging with injustice And showing partiality to the wicked themselves? Selah.  
3 Be judges for the lowly one and the fatherless boy. To the afflicted one and the one of little means do justice.  
4 Provide escape for the lowly one and the poor one; Out of the hand of the wicked ones deliver [them].  
5 They have not known, and they do not understand; In darkness they keep walking about; All the foundations of [the] earth are made to totter.
6 I myself have said, 'You are Gods [Elohim], And all of you are sons of the Most High.  
7 Surely you will die just as men do; And like any one of the princes you will fall!'  
8 Do rise up, Oh God [Elohim], do judge the earth; For you yourself should take possession of all the nations (Psalm 82).

Scriptures to bear in mind when interpreting this are...

22 For the Father judges no one at all, but he has committed all the judging to the Son,
23 in order that all may honor the Son just as they honor the Father. He that does not honor the Son does not honor the Father who sent him (John 5). 

So Jehovah judges no one. Jesus judges the saints as regards whether they are to be sealed, baptized in holy spirit, or burnt, sent to Gehenna. Jesus himself interprets this Psalm to the Pharisees...

33 The Jews answered him: We are stoning you, not for a fine work, but for blasphemy, even because you, although being a man, make yourself a God.
34 Jesus answered them: Is it not written in your Law, 'I said: You are Gods'?
35 If he called 'Gods' those against whom the word of God came, and yet the Scripture cannot be nullified (John 10).

So in the literal meaning the Jews were Gods, for the word of God came against them. It is not true that all the sons of the Law were sons of the most high. For sons of God must be born again as an spirit creature, since God is a spirit. But all the Gods under law were born again. These are the sons of the JAC prior to the 1NC. The Patriarchs in the maternal and the paternal lines to Jesus were born again as were Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, since Jehovah is the God of the living, the judicially living.

37 But that the dead are raised up even Moses disclosed, in the account about the thornbush, when he calls Jehovah 'the God of Abraham and God of Isaac and God of Jacob.'
38 He is a God, not of the dead, but of the living, for they are all living to him (Luke 20).

And plainly he was the God of every parent in the line to Jesus. Then we must carefully consider the word Elohim, which is a plural meaning literally 'Gods'. But it can be used as a polite singular as in the 'Royal we'. 'We are not amused' said Queen Victoria! By the ambiguity Principle. Both meanings have power in the account. 

So the literal meaning of Psalms 82 is...

1 God [Elohim] [Michael] is one-presiding in the assembly of [the] Divine One [l)] [First one] [Jehovah]; In the middle of Gods [Elohim] [the spirit begotten saints of Israel], he judges [those Gods, being the angelic prince of Israel - although they could not get sealed in the Alienation Times, so those who passed the testing merely enter a further test in the Kingdom]:  
2 How long will you [plural judges of Israel. This is a comparison] keep on judging with injustice and showing partiality to the wicked themselves? Selah.  
3 Be judges for the lowly one and the fatherless boy. To the afflicted one and the one of little means do justice.  
4 Provide escape for the lowly one and the poor one; Out of the hand of the wicked ones deliver [them].  
5 They have not known, and they do not understand; In darkness they keep walking about [these hopeless judges of Israel - Pharisees]; All the foundations of [the] earth [The Jewish System of things] are made to totter.
6 I myself have said, 'You are Gods [Elohim], and all of you are sons of the Most High [Gods meaning of spirit constitution, born again, having an associated angel].  
7 Surely you will die just as men do [The saints of Israel all died before Jesus ransomed Adam angelically and so fell asleep in the first death until after 33Nisan14]; And like any one of the princes you will fall!' [The saints of Israel died just like any Prince of Israel would]  
8 Do rise up, Oh God [Elohim] [Michael], do judge the earth [end the law of Moses, judge the Jewish system of things]; For you yourself should take possession of all the nations [through the baptism of John and the 1NC, all the nations of the Gentiles became God's people, sons of Isaac and Jacob by covenant] (Psalm 82).

The one and only word symbolic meaning of Psalms 82 (since the Psalm contains no double designations) is...

1 God [Elohim] [Michael] is one-presiding in the assembly of [ the] Divine One [l)] [First one] [Jehovah]; In the middle of Gods [Elohim] [the angels in the holy spirit], he judges [he judges the angels of the holy spirit and the ex human saints. All everlasting life is through Jesus, he judges all saints as to whether they get everlasting life or Gehenna]:  
2 How long will you [Human 1NC saints, Jesus' body when they are clean in the flesh. This is a comparison] keep on judging with injustice and showing partiality to the wicked themselves? Selah.  
3 Be judges for the lowly one and the fatherless boy. To the afflicted one and the one of little means do justice.  
4 Provide escape for the lowly one and the poor one; Out of the hand of the wicked ones deliver [them].  
5 They have not known, and they do not understand; In darkness they keep walking about [these hopeless remnant of the Watchtower - Pharisees]; All the foundations of [the] earth [This whole world] are made to totter.
6 I myself have said, 'You are Gods [Elohim], and all of you are sons of the Most High [Gods meaning of spirit constitution, born again, having an associated angel, saints].  
7 Surely you will die just as men do [The 1NC and 2NC saints all die physically. They all fall asleep in the first death]; And like any one of the princes you will fall!' [Saints who die sacrifically are resurrected as Kings, so they die as princes]  
8 Do rise up, Oh God [Elohim] [Michael], do judge the earth [this entire corrupted world]; For you yourself should take possession of all the nations [Becoming their King on 2008Nisan16] (Psalm 82).
