[172] Revelation 22: New Jerusalem, the city of the Kingdom

1 And he showed me a river of water of life, clear as crystal, flowing out from the throne of God and of the Lamb
2 down the middle of its broad way. And on this side of the river and on that side [there were] trees of life producing 12 crops of fruit, yielding their fruits each month. And the leaves of the trees [were] for the curing of the nations (Revelation 22).

The word 'month' only appears once in Revelation 21 and 22. So it can mean a literal month. These trees of life are the tree of life that was in Eden. For this is the second Eden. So eating from these trees gives life to time indefinite...

22 And Jehovah God went on to say: Here the man has become like one of us in knowing good and bad, and now in order that he may not put his hand out and actually take [fruit] also from the tree of life and eat and live to time indefinite...
23 With that Jehovah God put him out of the garden of Eden to cultivate the ground from which he had been taken (Genesis 3).

So the river of life which rolls forward in time fro 1,000 years, represents the indefinite life of the earthly citizens of the Kingdom of God. The river is lined with trees on both sides and with two carriage ways of the broadway either side of the river. The crops of the trees of life are resurrected people. So in the Kingdom there would appear to be resurrections each month. The central feature of the Kingdom is the river. The Kingdom is all about life, which results from love and righteousness or lawfulness. The split in the broadway presumably is the split between the priesthood and the kingship. This split persists through the Kingdom. After all Jerusalem did have two mountains and means city of 'two fold peace'. The trees are priests and the leaves of the trees are teachings.
